JustApply processes personal data to provide AI-powered job search tools for Danish job seekers. We comply with the EU GDPR and applicable Danish data protection laws.
JustApply is currently a Copenhagen-based, pre-incorporation startup project. We do not claim to be a registered company or to have a CVR number until that registration exists. The data controller contact for privacy questions is [email protected]. General support is available at [email protected].
We collect account details, profile information, resume and job preference data submitted by users, usage and device data for security and service quality, and billing metadata from payment processors. We use this data to provide the service, run resume analysis and AI suggestions, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We use vetted processors for infrastructure, payments, analytics, and AI processing. We never sell personal data and we do not share resumes or profiles with recruiters, data brokers, or employers without explicit consent. For transfers outside the EU/EEA, we apply approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Users can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal by contacting [email protected]. We respond within one month as required by GDPR.
